Here's a glimpse into Linzy's little nook of a home in the huge Cyberjaya; an apartment in Cyberia Smarthomes where she returns to after a long and tiring day at work. It's not much, but it's what she calls home now, and she loves it.

This is Linzy's favourite part of the room. This is where her bed, her comfy chair and books, and her clothes are. Everything she needs to make her comfortable is here. She has her bed to retire in. Her clothes to put on. And a nice comfy chair to read and recline in.

This spot next to her bed is her make-shift dressing table/clothes box. On the top she piles all her toiletries and make-up, and inside the box are all her clothes that need not be hung up. Her beloved clothes are in the corner, ready to be donned.

This is her reading corner. Next to her comfy chair, where Spongebob sits (a present from her mother when she turned 2o), are some of her books, BtVS S8 comics and magazines. It's nice to recline here to catch up with her reading.

This is her laptop corner. The perfect spot to have a meal while watching a movie on her laptop. Or sometimes, she turns her laptop around so she could watch while she is lying on her bed.

This is the messier side of the room. The door is on the left, and she puts her shoe rack next to it so she can easily pick up her shoes when she leaves or keep them when she comes back. She doesn't wanna put her shoes outside cos the kids she lives with throw the shoes around at the porch. She also hangs her towel in this corner and lines up stuff like the insect repellent, Febreeze and what not.

This is the corner that leads to the bathroom on the left. And on the table is where she keeps her food, stationery and jewellery. Since the kitchen stinks and the fridge is messy, she doesn't wanna put her foodstuff outside. So she makes her drinks and sandwiches in the room.

She has her own bathroom since she is renting the master room. She's glad that she did cos at least she doesn't have to share with her MMU/Lim Kok Wing student housemates who always have their noisy friends over. At least she wouldn't have to wait in line or dress up nicely when wanting to use the loo.

This the view outside her window. Nothing to shout about, really. She would have loved the one that faced the swimming pool, but this is ok, too. But it means that she can't go around in her skimpy skivvies with the curtains drawn.

This is the big fat Persian cat that lives in her house and stinks up the entire place. It is sombong and paranoid and doesn't like being touched.

This is Linzy before she heads out to work. Her office's dresscode is casual, and so she takes advantage of that every so often. She wears shirts mostly for the smart-casual look, but sometimes indulges in wearing just a normal baby-t. Oh, and notice that the lanyard hanging around her neck is green? Yeah, that's the official WKESP colour. And green is so not her favourite...

This is her workstation. This is what she'll be staring at as she edits publications for hours on end once her work really starts. A box of tissues is a muct for Linzy wherever she goes. Her overload of sweat glands and her pesky sinus sniffles has her never leaving home without tissues. Oh and yes, the dividers are green, too.

So there you have it, folks. A glimpse into the (new) life of Linzy's. It still needs getting used to, but otherwise, it's all well and good. She's happy, and eventhough she gets a little lonely sometimes, at least her good friend, Ayus, lives in the next block. She misses her family, her Sayang, her friends and her life on campus, but it's a new phase of life now, and she's working out the kinks.
